You agree not to send spam or unlawful communications, attempt unauthorized access, scrape platform data, violate TCPA or CAN-SPAM, share credentials, or misrepresent your identity when communicating with leads.
By connecting Google, Microsoft, Twilio, or Zoom, you authorize us to access and display data from those services within the portal. You may disconnect at any time.
When sending SMS or email to leads, you are responsible for compliance with TCPA and CAN-SPAM. The platform handles SMS STOP opt-outs automatically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
