• Microsoft 365 data: Outlook calendar and email data via Microsoft Graph API.
• Lead and CRM data: Information about leads, contacts, companies, and deals.
• Communications: SMS and email messages sent or received through the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Prometheus Fleet AI platform
• Display your calendar events, emails, and lead data within the agent portal
• Send SMS and email communications to leads on your behalf
• Generate AI-powered summaries and draft replies
• Calculate commissions and generate reports

3. Google API Services

Prometheus Fleet AI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We access Google Calendar data solely to display your calendar events within the portal
• We access Gmail data solely to display your inbox and allow replies from within the portal
• We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements
• We do not sell Google user data to third parties

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (Twilio, Anthropic, Groq) to operate the platform, when required by law, or in the event of a business transfer.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security including encrypted OAuth token storage, HTTPS for all transmission, and role-based access controls.

6. Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Revoke Google or Microsoft OAuth access at any time via your account settings
• Opt out of non-essential communications
